By purchasing artist’s services (art commission / commercial use license), you agree to the following conditions.

Payments will be processed through invoice via the artist’s website (https://sunsetfelid.net) exclusively.
Any commission under $100 in value must be paid in full upfront before the start of the project. For commissions above $100, a 50% down payment must be paid before work begins.
Partial refunds up to 50% of received payment are accepted if a project is cancelled before or during the sketch phase before sketch approval. There are no refund requests available after the sketch has been approved and work has begun on the project. If a project is deemed impossible to be completed by the artist, a full refund will be offered and issued on acceptance of refund offer.

Turn-around time for commissions vary on complexity of the artwork. A rough estimate will be given upon acceptance of the commission, with additional estimates projecting in the event of revision requests.
In the event the project goes beyond the estimate, it is the artist’s responsibility to open discussions regarding delays. A delay equaling 1.5x the estimated length may constitute an issued partial refund of up to 30% the received payment.

Customers are granted 2 major revisions during process and up to 5 minor revisions.
A major revision is, in context to these terms, described as any revision that would involve revising multiple stages of work or if the revision is expected to increase the work time by 30 minutes or more, (e.g. revising pose, attire, or perspective after flat color has been applied, addition or revision of complex background elements, changing or adding small details all at once, like adding a complicated pattern.)
A minor revision is, in context to these terms, described as any revision that would not involve a great amount of effort to revise (e.g. changing a color choice before approving flat colors, changing pose or expression during the sketch phase, adding attire details in the sketch phase.)

Any artwork from the commission, finished or incomplete, cannot be used to train AI in any capacity. Any artwork from the commission, finished or incomplete, cannot be used for NFTs.
Any artwork from the commission, finished or incomplete, must be credited to the artist SunsetFelid. Artwork from the commission in its finished state may be used for commercial use with purchase of a Commercial Use License. Commercial Use Licenses can be purchased alongside artwork or after completion.
Artwork from the commission may be used by the artist for marketing and portfolio purposes. Artwork from the commission may not be merchandised by the artist.
